I gather information through user & market research, workshop sessions, competitor and past project analysis, as well as any other available sources, to locate current painpoints and startegic areas for growth. Through this process, I define the technical approach and objectives.

ideation

Through individual and collaborative brainstorming sessions, design exercises, and design workshops, I explore a variety of potential solutions, looking for a point of convergence where user needs, our unique selling proposition, and business objectives align.

prototyping

Using previously collected data I turn ideas into tangible models and prototypes to further test user behavior. These may be visual, traditional or digital prototypes created using Figma, Adobe, web design platforms or similar tools.

testing

I analyze user interaction to understand effectiveness and smoothness of their interaction with the model. Functions, styles, layouts and controls are improved, removed or added to ensure users have the best experience with the new product and campaign.

delivery

After testing and research steps, the product is finalized and delivered. This may come in the form of data & research guidance and finalized prototypes that teams use to code and develop the product further, or full visual, app or web experiences delivered directly to customers.
